WORK HOURS:

This quote is based on work carried out between 7.00 am and 5.00 pm Monday to Friday, unless otherwise specified in the quotation.

ACCESS:

The work site is to be clean and clear of obstructions work can begin. The area is to be free of other trades and members of the public for the duration of the work. Unless otherwise specified in the quote, scissor lifts, booms and vertical cranes are to be supplied by the client.

PREPERATION AND REPAIRS

Diamond Grinding works to be permitted. Repairs of surfaces such as patching, existing damage, repairs to pitting etc., will be charged in addition to the quoted price unless stated otherwise, in the quote.

MATERIALS:

All materials remain the property of Sydney Epoxy Coatings, until account is paid in full.

ORDERS:

Work will only be booked and commence on receipt of the nominated booking deposit and receipt of written acceptance of the terms and conditions of this quote. This is done via the Quote Acceptance Form.

VARIATIONS:

Variations to the quoted works can only commence on receipt of written authorisation.

FALLS:

No responsibility will be taken by Sydney Epoxy Coatings for falls laid by others.

DELAYS:

Delays to work due to no fault of Sydney Epoxy Coatings will be charged at the rate of $65.00 per man hour normal time and $95.00 overtime per man hour. Services / On- Hire will be charged at the quoted rate per hour. Out of area work, will incur travel and away from home fees.

DEFECTS:

Any defects must be reported within 6 business days.

TRAFFIC CONTROL:

All vehicular and pedestrian traffic control to be implemented by the client/builder, unless
otherwise specified in the quote.

WARRANTIES:

All warranties are nil and void if full payment for services are not made. They are void until payment in full is received.

ITELLECTUAL PROPERTY:

The website, logo and visuals and other content is the property of Sydney Epoxy Coatings.
